Making life interesting, one small prompt at a time
You pick a category, and the tool gives you one small thing to try. That is all it does.
Most weeks the days look alike. Same route, same dinner, same screen in the evening. Nothing is wrong, and nothing stands out either. The prompts are here for those weeks. They sit in seven areas: Adventure, Connection, Create, Kindness, Peace, Play and Wonder. Each one is small enough to fit into an ordinary day.
How to use them
- Pick the area that matches how you feel today. If nothing stands out, pick the one you have not touched in a while.
- Read the prompt and ask yourself if you could do it this week. If you could, copy it with the "Copy this prompt" button and keep it somewhere you will see it, like your notes or the fridge.
- Add it to An ALIVE List, then do it once. A small thing done once changes more than a big plan you never start.
Why they are here
When life is on repeat, it is hard to think of what you would enjoy. A prompt does the thinking for you, so all that is left is to try it. Over a few weeks you find out which kinds of small things you want more of, and that is worth knowing about your own daily routines and choices.
