Why Living Out Loud

Why Living Out Loud

I have spent the last twenty years or more living out loud. Not perfectly or without fear, but by making choices that were mine, changing direction when something stopped fitting and refusing to be kept stuck in a rut.

I didn't always have language for it. I just knew that the alternative - the quiet, adjusted, default version of a life - was something I couldn't settle into for long.

That's the experience I'm bringing into this work now.

An ALIVE List means you are making conscious and intentional choices rather than drifting. It means pursuing what brings you joy and feeling things deeply, not just watching your life go by from a careful distance.

It is not about being loud in the noisy sense. It is about being real in the fullest sense, and it starts with something as simple as creating An ALIVE List. A list of things you want to enjoy doing - everything from the small things to the delulu dreams.

I share this not because I have it all figured out, but because I have lived it - the pivots, the rebuilding, the moments of choosing myself when it would have been easier not to. That lived experience is what I bring. It cannot be prompted into existence and it cannot be faked.

That's what living out loud means to me and it's exactly what I'm here for - it starts with An ALIVE List.

If you are not sure what to add to your list start with the An ALIVE List Questionnaire here.
